Caroline is a food fanatic and writer, and has catered for parties and made celebration cakes to order for the past ten years in her spare time. Since founding the Café, she now has qualifications in food hygiene and nutrition, making her know-how even more professional.
Whether it's one of the fabulous Wedding or celebration cakes, her in-house catering skills or her hands-on cookery classes you're after, this is the place to begin. Also on offer for the first time is a range of one-to-one cookery classes for adults or children. Small groups and parties by arrangement.
